Exhibitor & Participation Policies
The SB Cine Trade Expo operates in alignment with CEYIFF’s values of professionalism, inclusivity, and diversity.

All participants are expected to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
1. Eligibility
Exhibitors must represent legitimate businesses, film organizations, government agencies, or industry professionals. International participants must comply with U.S. business and travel regulations.
2. Booth Setup & Management

Setup hours and booth access will be provided in advance.

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining clean, professional booths.

Shared booth spaces must be approved by event management.

Hazardous materials or excessive noise are not permitted.
3. Conduct & Inclusion

All exhibitors and attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, guests, and fellow participants. CEYIFF and the SB Cine Trade Expo are committed to a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment.
4. Branding & Promotion

Use of CEYIFF or SB Cine Trade Expo logos must be pre-approved.

Promotional materials may only be distributed within your assigned booth space.
5. Insurance & Liability

Exhibitors must carry adequate insurance for personnel and equipment. CEYIFF, the SB Cine Trade Expo, and venue management are not responsible for theft or damages.
6. Cancellation Policy
-
Written cancellations must be submitted 45 days before the event for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
7. Compliance

All exhibitors agree to comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the event.
